The Hive Hotel

The rooms were spacious & very clean, usb chargers on side of beds, bathroom was beautiful, equipped with a makeup mirror & blow dryer on the wall & counter space with a shelf below the sink to organize all your things, the location was great, close to train station, decor, cleanliness was perfect, AC worked great!!!

The people at the front desk were polite and happy to answer questions. They called to find out if reservations were required at the Ville Pontificie. The room was quiet and dark. The restaurant was excellent.

We had a room facing the courtyard and it is quiet. Location is good: 8 minute walk to train station, 5 minute walk to buses and subway, lots of food options within a few blocks. The place is clean and you have control of your AC. Shower has good water pressure and steady temperature.

We were in the Junior suite, The room was Large and comfortable, extremely clean , Bathrooms were of decent size ad very clean as well . Ther Air conditioner was on and cooled perfectly The staff was courteous and pleasant , the cleaning crew was so efficient and thorough, the minute we left the room they were in to clean , The front desk was very helpful , especially Mr Luciano., My only issue was that we were given the street view room and even with the windows tightly shut the street noise was deafening The location was perfect , right by the Santa Maria Marjorem where the hop on hop off busses of all major companies pick up. Also plenty of very good restruants all around

The first suite had a poor seal on the window, so the room was somewhat noisy for sleeping. Staff immediately switched rooms, giving me a huge upgrade in room type. The room was very quiet. Very nice washroom facilities with double sinks. Excellent customer care and service. The hotel has a very good restaurant as well. Staying at The Hive made our week-long stay in Rome a very enjoyable experience.
