Loved the stay at the hotel , it was comfortable and in a very convenient location! The breakfast on the rooftop was just wonderful,the stuff was friendly and helpful ! Then at night the rooftop transforms into an elegant dinner place , for which we were given 20% discount, and was totally worth it ! Loved the food , so so delicious! I wish to see it during warm months of the year ! The view from up there was beautiful !

The rooms were spacious & very clean, usb chargers on side of beds, bathroom was beautiful, equipped with a makeup mirror & blow dryer on the wall & counter space with a shelf below the sink to organize all your things, the location was great, close to train station, decor, cleanliness was perfect, AC worked great!!!

The people at the front desk were polite and happy to answer questions. They called to find out if reservations were required at the Ville Pontificie. The room was quiet and dark. The restaurant was excellent.

The friendliness of the staff. Everyone was super polite. The hotel is lovely and rooms nicely decorated. Very good value for money for a 4 star hotel in Rome city centre. The room was clean, tidy. Bedding was comfortable.

This hotel is in an excellent location for sight seeing and walking distance to Termini station. It also has a gorgeous, enormous rooftop. Great shower, comfy beds.

The first suite had a poor seal on the window, so the room was somewhat noisy for sleeping. Staff immediately switched rooms, giving me a huge upgrade in room type. The room was very quiet. Very nice washroom facilities with double sinks. Excellent customer care and service. The hotel has a very good restaurant as well. Staying at The Hive made our week-long stay in Rome a very enjoyable experience.

Very comfortable stay! It was a spacious, nice room with good noise isolation. Hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to all main attractions. What was most liked - staff. Super friendly, always helpful, thinking one step ahead of you. The young reception lady with dark hair (can’t remember the name, my apologies), she answered all my quite unique questions before I asked them! Thank you!🤩

Very handy location, extremely clean environments and beautiful rooms in general. There's a very nice roof terrace with restaurant, although I didn't use it personally. Staff at reception were very kind, and spoke excellent english. The beds were extremely comfortable, excellent night sleep.

Beautiful and clean hotel with comfortable large rooms and bathrooms. Excellent location within a 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini train & metro station and a 2 minutes walk to Santa Maria Maggiore basilica. Breakfast was rich and the staff were welcoming and courteous. Beautifully designed rooms inspired by beehives with even honey scented shampoo and shower gel.
